Welcome to TEDEVIBES. By using our services, you agree to the following terms. We’ve kept this simple and straightforward so you know exactly how we work.

1. Services

We provide music production services, including but not limited to beat creation, recording, mixing, mastering, and custom production work. All services are outlined and agreed upon before work begins.

2. Payment Terms

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upfront to begin any project and secure your spot in our schedule.

  • The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion of the project, before final files are delivered.

  • No final audio files (including stems, WAVs, or project files) will be released until full payment is received.

3. Revisions

  • Reasonable revisions are included as discussed at the start of the project.

  • Additional revisions beyond what was agreed may require an extra fee.

  • We’ll always communicate clearly if something falls outside the original scope.

4. Turnaround Time

  • Project timelines will be discussed before work begins.

  • Delays may occur if communication or required materials (vocals, references, etc.) are not provided on time.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or late client input.

5. Ownership & Rights

  • Final ownership and usage rights are transferred only after full payment is received.

  • Until then, all work remains the property of the producer.

  • Unless otherwise agreed, we reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio or for promotional use.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide clear direction, reference material, and timely feedback.

  • You confirm that any materials you provide (samples, vocals, etc.) are legally yours to use.

7. Cancellations

  • Deposits are non-refundable once work has started.

  • If a project is canceled by the client, any work completed up to that point remains the property of the producer unless otherwise agreed.

8. File Delivery

  • Final files will be delivered in the agreed format after full payment is received.

  • We are not responsible for long-term storage of files—please download and back up your files promptly.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • We are committed to delivering high-quality work, but we do not guarantee specific commercial outcomes (streams, placements, etc.).

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

10. Updates to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services means you accept any updates.
